What happens when the free trial ends?

If you don’t choose a plan, your account becomes read-only. We keep your records for 3 months so you can see and download them, and email you before anything is deleted. Choose a plan in that time and everything stays.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel online in a few clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your records stay available to download.

Who can see my students’ records?

Only you. Families see only what you send them or share on their family page. We never sell records, show ads or use tracking.

Can I get my records out?

Yes, any time. You can download all your records as spreadsheets, for your own backup and record keeping.

Do parents need an account?

No. LessonWrap can email them lesson summaries and invoices for you (and on Plus, payment and lesson reminders), or you can copy them and send them yourself. On Plus, each family also gets a private page, opened with a code we email them. See the For families page for what they’ll see.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. LessonWrap works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Your records are the same on every device.

Do families pay through LessonWrap?

Families pay you directly by PayID, bank transfer or cash. LessonWrap keeps track of what’s been paid and puts your payment details on invoices. We’re looking at letting families pay by card too.

Are new features planned?

We’re looking at more ways to save tutors time, such as card payments from families, texting joining links, help drafting lesson summaries and term reports, and matching bank payments to lessons. There are no dates yet, we haven’t decided which plans they’d be part of, and some may not go ahead. Tell us what would help you most.

The teaching was never the hard part. It was everything after the lesson.

Writing notes, chasing payments and sorting receipts at tax time took more of my week than it should have. So I built the tool I wanted: wrap up a lesson in about a minute, and let everything else follow from that.
